We want you to be completely happy with your Cape Saltwater Cowboy gear. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Return Policy Window

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it,

  • Unworn, unused, unwashed,

  • In its original packaging,

  • With all tags attached, and

  • A full-price item (sale items and gift cards cannot be returned unless faulty).

You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Please take care when trying on garments — we cannot accept items with makeup, perfume, deodorant, body lotion, fake tan, pet hair, or any other marks or scents.

Credit Notes & Exchanges Only

Cape Saltwater Cowboy does not offer refunds.
Approved returns will be issued a credit note or exchange once the item has passed our quality inspection.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Faulty items are eligible for a replacement or credit note.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards
