Australia Post are our primary carrier - for up-to-date service notices see auspost.com.au/service-updates.

Within Australia — domestic rates

• Standard (under 1 kg): $12

• Express (under 1 kg): $15

• Standard (over 1 kg): $18

• Express (over 1 kg): $22

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days. While we aim to deliver domestic orders within 5 working days, please allow up to 7–14 working days for delivery. For remote locations (Cape York, Torres Strait islands, Northern Peninsula Area) allow up to 21 working days.

Tracking & delivery issues
Most parcels include tracking; you'll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. If your order hasn't arrived within the above timeframes, contact us at contact@capesaltwatercowboy.com and we'll investigate.

Cape Saltwater Cowboy is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details provided at checkout. Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order.
